Uganda Consumer Lenders Association (UCLA). brings together Government of Uganda payroll deduction code holders. Our core objectives; Self regulation, Collective bargaining on matters affecting business environment and Good stakeholder management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, and overall Leadership of the Association.
• Principal Accounting Officer of the Association.
• Serve as the official Spokesperson of the Association.
• Plan, execute and deliver Association Projects

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• The applicant must hold a Degree in Business Management or an Equivalent.
• Six (6) years of experience in the Financial Services Ecosystem with three (3) years in a leadership role.
