During this program, candidates are assigned challenging business scenarios to enhance their skills. Another crucial element of the program ensures that managerial skills are developed.
This provides trainees with the expertise required to handle supervisory and administrative tasks that will result in the development of successful managers.

Requirements
• The Candidate must hold a good University degree in any field of study.
• The Candidate must be under 27 years old
• Can accommodate rough conditions in the factory
• Willing to stay in company accommodation
• Strong understanding and practical ability
• Fluent in English, able to use smart phone and computer
• The Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
