Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the FOMS Head of Service on his missions, around implementation & improvement of the affiliate FOMS policy. Provide method assistance to Field Operations entities. HSE dossier preparation & regular update with Site Management contribution.
• Site procedure writing, update and diffusion with Site Management contribution.
Follow-up & update all existing tracking files such as audit grids, CMS procedures, FO Training, Power BI, FOMS audit planning, Action Tracker.
• Prepare and/or contribute to preparing audit programs, performs audit missions.
• Follow up and audit FO processes.
• Identifies weaknesses and capacity for improvement of a process.
• Process issues recommendations and monitor their implementation.
Identify the objectives and risks within the audited perimeter.
• Train personnel for CMS procedures Referential
• Prepare and conduct inductions for newcomers in FO perimeter.
• Deploy/follow-up/support for applications used by Field Ops.
• Contribute to continuously improve the FOMS sustainability, HQ interface for FOMS updates diffusion to affiliate.
• Contribute for Company FO Referential to be available & properly applied within the affiliate’s FO divisions.

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Petroleum / Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years minimum experience in Field Operations, sile experience as Field/Process engineer.
• IT skills. Good knowledge of FO Dashboard, MS Office, E-Permit tools and quick learning ability of any FO application.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, conduct audits and give inductions. Problem-solving skills for complex and integrated processes.
• Knowledge of industry norms and specifications.
