Join our dedicated team of Agent Supervisors serving our Agent/Merchant partners across Uganda. Must be a local resident in one of the following regions: Eastern, West, Central or Northern; especially within the suburban/urban areas of Mbale, Kamuli, Jinja, Busia, Soroti, Gulu, Lira, Nebbi, Adjumani, Arua, Moroto, Rukungiri, Kabale, Kisoro, Fort Portal, Kalangala, Masaka and Mpigi.

Responsibilities
• Recruit, support & routinely supervise of agents/merchants
• Regularly visit agents/merchants to render operational support
Capture, compile and transmit accurate field reports in real-time
• Interact with agent/merchants to capture and log Issues

Required Skills
• Knowledge of agent/merchant operations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer management and sales skills

Required Qualifications
• A Diploma or its equivalent at the minimum
• A valid motorcycle riding permit.
