Job Summary

Marula Talent Agency is recruiting youth to work with one of the leading coffee roasting and distributing company in Uganda with a vision to export premium quality African coffees to the world, one cup at a time. In the Rwenzori region, we are considering to recruit for the following vacancies.
Position: Field supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Organize master trainings for field staff and coach on extension practices
• Supervise implementation of the agribusiness curriculum by a team of Field Agronomists
• Support sustainable sourcing activities through lead farmers and collection centres.
• Budget planning & Reporting to the agribusiness manager.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Agriculture.
• Passionate about coffee and good understanding of its agronomy and supply chain
• Strong communicator and understanding of extension practices.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited follow-up.
• Min. 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in agribusiness sector
• Computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel)
• Love for field work and with motorcycle permit
Fluent in Lukonzo/Runyamkole.
