Responsibilities
• Supervise the accounting and bookkeeping staff, and oversee the sales department.
• Responsible for cost-controlling and financial analysis, reporting on the financial status of the company to the management team.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Engage with auditors for annual audit reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in financial forecasting and planning along with the strategy team.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
• Membership in a professional body (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.

• At least 5 Years of proven experience in a managerial finance role.
