Job Description


We are looking for an Full-Stack Engineer – Customer Support The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys debugging production issues, supporting users, improving systems based on real customer feedback, and building long-term technical solutions rather than quick fixes.

Responsibilities

Document fixes, processes, and recurring issues Work closely with Support and Operations teams

Qualifications and Experience

2–4years experience in full-stack development Experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar) Comfortable working with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) Experience debugging and supporting live systems
