Job Description


Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
• Support in executing Oilfield Gas Turbine Generator management and maintenance. Responsibilities:
• Prepare oilfield Gas Turbine Generator maintenance strategy. organize mid and long-term planning implementation.
• In charge of carrying out Preventive Maintenance, following up, and reviewing to ensure it is carried out properly as per plan.
• In charge of Gas Turbine Generator
• Maintenance, Work Organization, troubleshooting to ensure the equipment is running smoothly, normally, and stable, reducing unplanned shutdowns.
• Execute new oil field Gas Turbine Generator commissioning and start-up.
• Participate in collecting Gas Turbine Generator related issues left out by Installing Engineering and follow up.
• Conduct Emergency response as per Emergency response plan. Coordinate and supervise Gas Turbine Generator related contractor works.
• Prepare Gas Turbine Generator budget preparation and supervision implementation.
• Prepare Gas Turbine Generator spares procurement.
• In charge of Gas Turbine Generator updating, modification, recording of changes. and
• Execute instruction from Senior Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or any related disciplines.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas production facility and equipment maintenance.
• 2-years’ experience working on Gas Turbine Generator maintenance and operation.

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Gas Turbine Generator operation. maintenance and
