• He is responsible to roll out, organize and structure the different business branches of the company, with a special focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, human development, business development and financial profitability.
• To execute the strategy within the budget targets approved by the Group and the Board of Directors, to develop the business.
• To Implement, review and develop Inflight operational procedures in order to be in line with the KPI of the activity
• Assure the full implementation the Group rules in terms of Inflight procedures, human resources, procurement and finance.
• Ensure constant review of all Inflight operations with a dedicated management team and drive forward resolutions for any issues raised.
• Provide an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Inflight business including all of the key factors that impact the aviation industry and operations, now and in the future, and be able to suggest and drive ideas to improve performance.
• Assist with Inflight Unit business forecasting.
• Implement and Issue reporting and tracking systems on Inflight KPL
• Identify and exploit business opportunities.
• Contribute to business retention and business growth.
• Promote and develop the different business activities of the Group.
• Monitor the Inflight Operations efficiency, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Profitability.
• Review and Develop the Inflight SOPs and programs
• Bring the Inflight training support to develop the skills and know-how. Analyze the Inflight market, changes, evolutions, threats and opportunities.
• Review the KPI’s and issue relevant action plans in case of deviations.

Qualification and Experience:
• At least a master’s in business Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in In-flight
