USAID/Uganda is seeking offers from U.S. citizens and U.S. Resident Aliens (currently residing in Uganda and with a valid work permit) to provide personal services under contract as the Governance and Communications Advisor (Resident Hire – USPSC).

Salary Range: $81,216 – $105,579, equivalent to GS-13.
