Job Description


This position will be responsible for increasing the performance, productivity and accountability of the district leadership and coordination structures, health facility leadership through health systems strengthening leadership and governance interventions, capacity building and addressing the leadership and governance gaps for better health outcomes at district Level.

Overall Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for increasing the performance, productivity and accountability of the district leadership and coordination structures, health facility leadership through health systems strengthening leadership and governance interventions, capacity building and addressing the leadership and governance gaps for better health outcomes at district Level.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
  • 1.       Degree in Social work & Social Administration, Social Sciences, Governance, Adult & Community Education, Community Development or a related field. 3.       Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning or Monitoring and Evaluation, A Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage5.       Work related experience in building partnerships, networking, and stakeholder engagement at national and International level.
  • 4.    5 years Demonstrated work related experience in Leadership skills development and Governance interventions, Capacity Building, working with central/local government, Civil Society institutions
  • 2.       A Master’s degree in a related field
  • 5 Years Relevant Experience
