Job Description
On behalf of our client, we seek to recruit highly competent, hardworking and self-motivated Graduate Trainees. The Graduate Trainees will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the company. They will provide support to senior management team and will be involved in a variety of tasks including customer service, sales, marketing, human resources, procurement and administration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• To attend and participate in all training sessions and workshops as scheduled by the company.
• To complete all assignments and tasks given by trainers and supervisors in a timely manner.
To shadow senior employees in your department and learn from their experience.
• To take on additional responsibilities as requested or needed by the company.
To provide feedback to trainers and supervisors regarding the effectiveness of the training program.
Skills and requirements
• The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Graduate Trainee are:
• A bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
