General Summary
The Graduate Trainee will generally be responsible for providing support to the internal audit function, assisting and supporting the Internal Auditors, Senior Internal Auditors and Manager in the performance of internal audits of IDI projects, sub-grantees, risk assessments and any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the internal audit team in the performance of audit procedures in accordance with the audit programme.
• Assist in the gathering of information, reviewing support documents, creation of work papers, analysis of data/ transaction details, preparation of audit files to support the internal audit reports.
• Assist the internal audit team in obtaining support documents for various internal audits or assignments.
• Assist in the performance of cash counts, stock counts, fixed assets verification or other audit verifications as needed or assigned.
• Participate in the internal audit risk assessments of potential sub-grantees
• Participate and provide support during internal audit field visits to project sites up-country.
• Provide support in the preparation for and participation in entry and exit meetings with auditees.
• Provide support in the preparation of section meetings and documentation of minutes and follow-up of action points.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.

• Fresh graduate with a maximum of one-year experience
• Flexible, quick learner and pays attention to detail
• Operate standard office equipment and have proficient use of MS Office tools
