Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF)

The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF with support of the Global Environmental Facility (GEF), the UNDP and FAQ is implementing a project – “Fostering Sustainability and Resilience for Food Security in Karamoja sub-region”
The project is planned to contribute to enhancing long-term environmental sustainability and resilience of food production systems in the Karamoja Sub-Region. The 5 year project is being implemented in five districts of Moroto, Kotido, Nakapiripirit, Kaabong, Karenga and Nabilatuk in the Karamoja sub-region, head office based in Moroto.
