On behalf of our Client in the Extractives sector, we are looking for competent individuals to fill the following position:

ACTIVITIES
At all times the job holder will:
• Follow the grievance procedure to receive, acknowledge, record, investigate, respond and close out all grievances.
• Engage relevant stakeholders at every stage of the grievance mechanism to ensure progress to deliver closure of grievances
Undertake all the required reporting requirements using the available tools not limited to grievance form hard copies, grievance log sheet in excel and the social management database system – ISOMETRIX
• Make recommendations to enhancements of the grievance procedure in line with international best practice as well as any provisions required by the legislative framework of the state

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
• Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in community development project environment andor in other similar (NGOs), advocating or negotiating favorable outcomes with external stakeholders with best practice grievance procedures.
• High Proficiency in the usage of computers and appropriate software’s such as Database software like Microsoft Access, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Social data software.
High level of interpersonal skills and good verbal communication skills. Good analytical and reporting skills
