Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand client’s preferences/needs, plaiting different hair styles, washing. shampooing, conditioning and drying as well as blow-drying client’s hair
• Analyse hair condition, recommending hair care products and suggesting various hair-styling options according to the clients.
• Supervise and teach the junior staff in hair management
• Requisition, monitor and maintain inventory of hair care products in the salon
• Manage and scheduling appointments and addressing walk-in queries
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon and sterilize all hair dressing tools

Qualifications, experience and skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in hair cressing.
• Diploma or degree in any relevant field. A certificate course in hair styling is preferred
• Proven work experience as a hair dresser, ability to stand and work for long hours with high quality of customer service
