Job Purpose
Under direct supervision of the Managing Director, the Head of Business Technology performs both the ICT strategic and operational roles and in particular;
Leads the development and provision of Information Technology (IT) systems and business applications that support Hofokam Operations.
Works with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop IT strategic and operational plans
Leads and manages the internal IT team.
Ensures that appropriate and efficient computing services are provided for the daily business operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or any other related field.
• Master’s Degree in IT related field will be of an added advantage.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Server Administrator), CLA (Certified Linus Administrator) are added advantage.
• Advanced computer skills (hardware and software).
