Hugamara Group is looking for Head Chefs to oversee our Central Kitchen operations, drive quality, and lead our production teams!

Responsibilities or duties

  1. Lead kitchen operations, production planning, and menu execution.
  2. Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and hygiene/safety.
  3. Manage food costs, inventory, portioning, and wastage reduction.

Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  1. Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

Experience needed

  1. 5+ years in a busy professional kitchen (previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred).
  2. Strong background in high-volume operations; Central Kitchen experience is a plus!
