Job Description


To be responsible for strengthening and supervision of the sales and operations of the specialities business to meet company market share and profit objectives.
• To carry out specialities market research and analysis to establish demand trends and explore opportunities and initiatives to achieve consistent sales and growth of the company’s customer base.
To plan and implement an aggressive sales & marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products to facilitate the penetration and expansion of its customer base and achievement of the target sales and profit margins in accordance with the approved budget.
• To assume a leadership role in planning and executing all the activities relating to business growth and development.

Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any science related field.
• At least 5 years of minimum experience in a marketing or sales field preferably in the
• FCMG sector.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Good problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
• Any professional course as an added advantage.
