Job Summary:
Plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the teaching activities by ensuring prober budgeting, and accountability for the school resource in consultation with the Directors. Teach and supervise Teachers and learners entrusted to you in regards to their academics.

Key Roles /Duties
1. Leadership and Vision. Ability to articulate and implement a clear educational vision for the School.
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills in guiding staff and learners.
2. Plan, organise direct and co-ordinate the teaching programs and activities of staff and learners.
3. Education Management. Ability to manage school resources effectively budget, facilitates etc.
• Ensure curriculum delivery are implementation align with educational standards.
4. Student Engagement and welfare. Promotes a safe inclusive and conductive learning environment.
• Demonstrates commitment to learner’s wellbeing, growth and success.
5. Professional Development. Actively engages in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills
• Shows willingness to address areas needing improvement and takes steps for growth.
6. Growth in learner’s numbers by slightly helping to increase learners’ enrolment every term.
7. Arrange the curriculum syllabus and general operational program of School by properly following up and implementing the syllabus.
8. Diligently teach subjects and classes entrusted to you.
9. Oversee all proprieties and items related to your class and subjects.
10. Be conversant with the subjects assigned to you and faithfully carry them out effectively.
11. Properly prepared and present your lessons. A copy of your schemes of work and lesson plans should be preserved and shown to the Headmaster your supervisor as may be required.
12. Be a good example to pupils in commitment to duty and punctuality
13. As a member of staff, you are to actively participate positive children character and always endeavor to be a good example to children.
14. Supervise and appraise employees at school.
15. Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
• Degree in Education. Working Experience: Six years, Age: 25- 35.
