A competent, skilled, and experienced Headteacher to head a Primary School in Gayaza, Wakiso District is needed.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• You shall be answerable to the Directors for academic, non -academic, financial, conduct and all the other matters of the school.
• To implement the national curriculum and national syllabus as laid down by the Ministry of Education.
• In charge of the administration of the school
• To appoint and supervise all teaching and non-teaching staff.
• To manage and supervise all school programs and activities.
• To chair staff meetings and briefs.
• To foster a harmonious relationship between the school, community and other stakeholders.
• To exhibit Christian values in running the school.
Any other responsibilities that will be assigned to you from time to time by the school.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
• Diploma in Education (Grade 5)
• Certificate in Education (Grade III)
• Degree in Education is an added advantage
• Must have taught in a primary school for at least 8 years
• 5-10 years’ experience in a senior position as Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher in a primary school of high repute.
• Dynamic and self-driven.
• A person of very high integrity.
