Job Summary

The HR Specialist provides operational HR support across recruitment, employee records management, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate leave administration and employee documentation.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant HR generalist experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
