Job Description


The successful candidate will Support the Regional Human Resource Coordinator in the implementation of the organizational policies and practices and working alongside other partner districts to provide comprehensive guidance on all HR matters for dedicated areas of the business in the Region

Overall Responsibilities

The successful candidate will Support the Regional Human Resource Coordinator in the implementation of the organizational policies and practices and working alongside other partner districts to provide comprehensive guidance on all HR matters for dedicated areas of the business in the Region.

Support recruitment, selection, orientation, payroll, employee relations and welfare, Regional HR database, performance management, absorption and exit of District supported staff.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
  • ·       Degree in  industrial/Organizational Psychology or Human Resource management  with at least two (2) years’ experience working  in an NGO,·       Skills in partnerships and advocacy·       Good understanding of national legal requirements relating to HR, including labor law·      Knowledgeable about the performance management system.
  • ·       Good understanding of a range of Human Resource information systems.
  • ·       Extensive knowledge of the organizational policies, systems, and procedures as well as local government procedures
  • ·       Broad knowledge, understanding and proficiency in the field of Human Resources Management
  • 2 Years Relevant Experience
