Qualifications/Experience required
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) years post qualifying experience preferably in the petroleum or logistics industry.
• Strong conceptual and innovative skills.
• Experience in analysis, logistics, safety, or engineering is desirable.

Main Objective
• The Role holder is tasked with championing the communication, planning, tracking, reporting, and motivating staff for the development and attainment of HSEQ objectives for all business channels.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Champions the H3SEQ department activity planning in Q4 of each year.
• Reports on department/company HSE Performance by managing and tracking fulfilment of key KPIs such as reporting index as well as develop improvement proposals.
• Maintains and tracks Affiliate HSE Action Plans.
• Drives awareness and cultural transformation initiatives for HSE.
• Plans, organizes and hosts key HSE conventions/meetings.
• Manages the H3SEQ administrative function, purchase requests and follow up on delivery, stocking, and disbursement of HSE materials.
• Inducts all new staff on Company HSEQ requirements.
• Conducts spot visits on sites and projects and prepares reports on the same.
