Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager or Personnel Officer, preferably in hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Diploma in Restaurant Management is a plus
• Proven experience in recruiting across all levels: junior, senior, seasonal, and part-time
• Strong understanding of employment regulations, especially flexible contracts
• Proficient with ATS, payroll systems, and resume databases
