Job Description
Recruitment and Selection
1. Making sure that all staff recruitment request forms are signed by all relevant authorities and are put into the employee staff file.
2. Co-coordinating the interview process and where required participating in the selected interviews as a panel member as guided by the Group HR Manager.
3. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process as guided by the Group HR Manager
4. Opening files for new employees and following up on completion of expected file requirements.
5. Preparing and issuing offer letters for new employees after reviewing by the Group HR Manager.
Employee Engagement and Development
1. Developing training and development programs.
2. Assisting in performance management processes.
3. Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
4. Managing salaries and benefit’s administration.
5. Conducting an effective and end-to-end
Onboarding program for new hires and internal transfers and promotions.
6. Providing regular HR update emails to keep the organization informed of HR activities.
7. Maintaining confidentiality of staff records and individual conversations, sharing information with the Line Manager(s) as appropriate.
8. Sharing knowledge and experience informally and through formal knowledge sharing channels.
Data Management
1. Capturing all bio data information of new employees into the ERP system.
2. Managing employee data in the applicable HRIS
3. Updating the ERP data daily with all employee file related changes.
HR Administration
1. Managing employee welfare.
2. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
3. Monitoring the utilization and request for office stationery.
4. Updating the leave tracker.
5. Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
6. Taking minutes during meetings and disciplinary hearing sessions as guided by the Group HR Manager
Any other Duties
1. Ensure that any other duty assigned by Management is executed to Management expectations
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related field
• Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Human Resource Officer.
• Knowledge of HR Functions and good understanding of the labor laws.
• Previous exposure/experience in Pharma relations is an added advantage.
