Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Use available tools to manipulate HR related data
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in Human resources or related
• At least 2 years a busy manufacturing environment
• A proven track record of managing payroll systems
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced excel
• Able to influence and motivate others and work with the utmost integrity
