1. Human Resource/Finance Manager:
The Human Resource/Finance manager of Amani Sasa is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction of human resource management strategy and contribute to the processes which enhance organizational development and leadership. The person will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and aligning human resource policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with Uganda labor laws and overseeing compliance of staff and management of organizational policies and core values. Additionally, the person will support the finance team in providing accurate and timely information and reports on the financial status of the organization to relevant bodies and teams according to the agreed-on timelines and formats. Experience required: HR management, knowledge in Financial management as a MUST. Should be cross cultural with strong character and work ethics
Qualifications:
Minimum of University degree in relevant subject or equivalent professional / technical qualification with at least 3 years’ experience, preferably with an NGO working with vulnerable groups
