School for Life Foundation (SFL) formerly United Future Foundation Uganda (UFFU), is a not-for-profit organisation that operates 03 schools in Mpigi district, delivering holistic education to primary and secondary students in two campuses located in Mbazzi and one in Katuuso. As a result of planned organisational growth, vacancies exist for motivated, competent and experienced professionals to join our team.
ICT Support Assistant (01 vacancy)
Duties and responsibilities
• To assist in the support and maintenance of users and equipment. The role involves communicating with users, understanding their requirements, re-solving issues, configuring software and maintaining equipment and related records.
Person specification
• A Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engi-neering or related qualification.
• Minimum six (03) years’ experience as an ICT Sup-port or systems administrator or a similar position in a busy organisation.
• Experience working in a school will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizing, planning, analysing and problem- solving skills.
