Job Description

Position: Information Technology Application Support Officer
Reports to: IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Database designs and update
• Database performance monitoring
• Create complex query definitions
• User Support and maintenance
• Perform data backups
• Any other duty that may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2-3 year of experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Orbit-R core banking system is desirable.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying CBS reports using Crystal report tool.
