Job Description


Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate, control and monitor to the Inspection Engineering for the processing and utility facilities,
2. Prepare, ensure the correct execution and reporting of the baseline inspection of the facilities from Pre-commissioning,
3. Establish, maintain and update the asset register complete with relevant data, attributes, history, etc…
4. Maintain, update and ensure that each asset is having the valid assessment, inspection planning and valid inspection scope,
5. Ensure the proper implementation for the working systems, i.e. Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) tools and Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management (CMIMS) used within the department,
6. Implement special tooling (including digital mobility solutions) and inspection equipment required to execute the inspection program,
7. Perform inspection analysis through Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) tools and update individual equipment scope and planning accordingly,
8. Participate in the preparation of that Company Management System (CMS) documents related to Inspection and Corrosion
9. Prepare, update and follow-up the short and mid-term inspection planning in close coordination with relevant departments: Production, Maintenance, E&C, Logistics
10. Perform and supervise site inspection activities to ensure their adherence to the defined scope, method, procedures and the applicable relevant codes and standards,
11. Ensure the safe operation and adherence of all site inspection activities to their planned schedule,
12. Prepare report with the 1st level analysis, propose the necessary recommendation and update the inspection results in the system,
13. Complete CMIMS required processes for all site inspection activities.
14. Maintains facilities, equipment and all other inspection tools in a clean and operational condition.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. A master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Metallurgy and/or Chemical Engineering is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Metallurgy and/or Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years specific inspection and corrosion experience in a relevant industry
3. Good knowledge in NDT, preferably complemented by the possession of NDT certifications (ISO 9712)
4. Good knowledge in inspection working management systems: CMIMS, RBI.
5. Good knowledge of corrosion and process equipment failure modes.
