Job Title: Institutional Business Manager

Major Activities/Tasks:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales numbers in institutions like government agencies and NGOs
• Lookout for institutional business contracts.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with the institutions.
• Achieve institutional business target by managing order inflow and timely order dispatches.
Maintain up-to-date technical documents required for the bidding process.
Take ownership of the tender documentation process (local or International).
• Be the reference point for any Public Market enquiry.
• Work together with the Business Lead for market access initiatives within Uganda Government, Semi-Government, and NGO segments.

Qualification:
•Bachelor of Pharmacy

Work Experience
•Minimum 5+years of professional working experience.
•Prior experience with cross-functional government projects or NGOs is an added advantage.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
•Demonstrated ability in business acumen.
•Computer knowledge (proficiency in MS Office).
•Self-starter, flexible, and able to work well under pressure at work.
