The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the development of effective M&E systems and practices for the CSO project activities. He/she will be responsible for all project data.

Key Responsibilities
• Data visualization: Create dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables using popular data visualization software e.g. Tableau, GIS, and Power BI.
• Identify and/or develop data collection tools for specific activities.
Oversee the operations of data entry for all supported CSOs/DICs.
• Act as the point of contact for all data requests and ensure that users’ data needs are satisfied.
• Produce reliable data for the evaluation activities of the program.
• Ensure timely preparation of CSO subgrantees’ reports.
• Participate in training and M&E capacity development of staff at CSO/DICs
• Maintain a database of continuous quality assurance on all program data, including chart audits and corrective procedures.
• Actively seek out opportunities to develop and grow the skills of the DIC/CSO Data Management staff.

Person Specification
• At least 3 years progressive experience in data management and systems development, especially in HIV/AIDS sector and Key population.
• Knowledge of current information technologies and HIV/AIDS.
• Knowledge of popular data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, and GIS
• Knowledge of designing forms and databases using ODK and Redcap.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Team player and management skills.
• Good communication skills.
