TK SACCO is a registered co-operative society which deals in Financial Co-operation. It started in 2009 and its head offices are at Katabi T/C headquarters. It operates within Katabi T/C, Kajjansi T/C and Entebbe DIV A in Entebbe Municipality

JOB TITTLE 1: LOAN OFFICER (1)
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF LOAN DEPARTMENT TKSACCO

The employee shall be based at the SACCO offices at Katabi T/C
Job Summary
The Loan Officer shall handle training,, appraisals as well as assessments for borrowers.

Roles and Responsibilities;
• Handle desk appraisals.
• Carry on field assessments for applicants
• Compile loan field reports and forward them to supervisor.
• Carry on pre- disbursement trainings for approved loan applicants.
• Tracking of the loan schedules, loan ledgers and the loan pass books.
• Daily loan recovery as per the loan portfolio.
• Monitoring of active loans
• Make periodic loan portfolio reports for personal portfolio.
• Recruit new members to join the society.
• And any other duty as may be assigned.

Personal Profile
• The applicant must possess a Degree or Diploma in Microfinance. Majoring in Co-operatives in an added advantage.
• Between 25 and not above 45 years
• Experience of 2 years in a related service or any background of service in a related sector.
• Dynamic, creative and first moving in implementing activities.
• Mature personnel with high integrity and high degree of self-respect.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Luganda
• Possession of motorcycle riding skills with a valid driving permit.
• Dedicated to work beyond working hours when need arises
