Company Overview: Lumen Trading Company is the trusted supply chain partner based out of Uganda focused in Logistics, Trade assistance and Quality assurance. We are currently looking for filling out the entry level positions in our logistics department.

Job Description and Roles
• Handling the end to end execution of allocated client shipments and act as the single point of contact for client
• Coordination and active participation in the operations department to ensure that Containers will be picked, Positioned and loaded in full from the client premises.
• Managing the coordination with various shipping lines using the online tools and emails to ensure proper execution of shipments
• All the reports need to be kept well updated in real time with zero error and the same should be shared with respective clients and management on a daily basis.
• Coordination with various government authorities and concerned parties for all documentation related activities until full set of Original documents are delivered to the client.

Desired Candidate Profile
• The candidate should at least have a Bachelors degree in the similar discipline of this job.
• An excellent communicator both orally and written.
• The candidate should have a never ending passion to research and learn about the changing trends of Logistics and skill Development.
