Qualifications/Experience
• Diploma in a Business related field.
• Good Analytical skills for inventory control.
• Management and Supervisory ability.
• Good Computer skills.
• Ability to drive the forklift is an added advantage.

Activities
Main Objective
The job holder is responsible for supervising and overseeing the activities of the casual workers and operatives within the warehouse as well as interacting with head office staff (most especially Customer Experience and Specialties sections) and over 20 product transportation drivers.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement the companies Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Objectives.
• Verify and record receipts of packed products against the delivery documents based on condition and quantity.
• Ensure that the products are stacked correctly in the warehouse.
• Manage the stock control of the products.
• Ensure that product is dispatched off to customers timely.
• Prepare the lubricants daily stock sheet.
• Prepare the monthly stock report.
• Ensure that the forklift is used and maintained in good condition.
