AUTHORITIES:
• Authorized to release finished product batches in the absence of the company pharmacist.
• Authorized person for pharmacovigilance.
• Authorized to approve or reject starting materials, intermediates, packaging materials, resuming production after shutdown, new suppliers, and change requests in the absence of the QA manager.
• To develop new and make changes to the existing quality systems to enable continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors of Pharmacy
• Registered with Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda
• A relevant Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a busy pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic GMP training
• Leadership training
