Job Description
To contribute specialist Business Process Engineering input into the development, maintenance and implementation of the Process Science Framework to enable the competitive advantage of the organisation and to be a key enabler in professionalising business operations across the Stanbic Bank Uganda by measuring and improving maturity and operational processes and skills to extract efficiencies with the client in mind.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: Information Studies, Engineering, Business Adminstration & Management

• A good understanding of the Bank’s processes, products, data and systems would be required.
• 3-5 years
• Business process management, -modelling, -innovation, -science, -analysis, -design, -engineering, -improvement, -documenting, quality assurance, -analysis tools and systems. Workflow experience would be required.
