Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Development:
• Recruitment of new customers
• Push sales for forcus products of the area
• Register customers
• Look out for and activate new markets
• Visit at least 35-40 shops per team per day
• Sample an average of 288 customers per team per day

Brand Visibility
• Proper display of products at eye level
• Proper use of Point of Sale materials including posters, t-shirts, signages etc.
• Timely feedback and reporting on these line activities e.g. sampling, sales bonuses, over pricing of customers, expiries and short expiries and non supply of stock to customers.

Product awareness and customer education:
• Share benefits of selling Riham Products to customers
• Solve Customers and trade complaints and queries
• Explain and encourage FIFO to reduce on Expiries
• Inform customers on current promotion offers.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of a UACE, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any related field.
• A marketing certification is an added advantage
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Problem Solving and team worker.
• Able to travel out of town from time to time, also be flexible in terms of time
• Self Driven and able to work under limited supervision.
