Job Description
Duty Station: Kampala
Remuneration: T4 according to Tamani Scale Contract
Type: Renewable
Contract Period: 3 Years
Reports to: Director of Operations
Role:
Provide leadership in Marketing consulting department in the designing, analyzing, developing and implementing relevant Marketing strategies for benefit of consulting business model for management and disseminating the consulting ideologies to target entities.
Duties
1. Assist to identity Consulting areas or gaps within the biodiversity management, that can be undertaken by the company to promote the company Consulting ideology.
2. Help to Conduct elaborate planning and strategizing for the implementation of a target Consulting project, work with management to mobilize marketing resources, human resources and right equipment for the projects
Assist to design, develop and implement a working consulting policy that guides the systematic implementation of Consulting projects from time to time.
4. Design, develop and implement a working systematic model for information dissemination to target entities.
5. Promote consulting collaboration with local, regional and international entities to create a health collaboration relationship that benefit and promotes the company vision and mission.
6. Disseminate the consulting ideologies to public, key stakeholders, shareholders and partners in a manner that promotes the company philosophy.
Aggressively push for the integration of company consulting techniques and ideologies to target entities
8. Assist in ensuring that all company consulting projects practices and implementation activities are in line with local, regional and international standard protocols.
9. Manage intellectual property procedures for the companies’ consulting findings, to protect the integrity of the company’s innovation
Manage information from consulting findings, share and report internally and prepare information for literature review
Qualifications
1. A minimum of a degree in Marketing, communication business or any relevant field
2. Three years’ of working experience in areas of wildlife and tourism areas.
3. Impeccable writing and organizational skills.
4. Team-working and communication skills
5. Computer skills
