The purpose of the role is to implement marketing strategies aimed at expanding the clientele base of BPIL products. The position holder is expected to follow the set rules, regulations and guidelines of BPIL while ensuring the accomplishment of goals and targets given by Management.

Responsibilities Planning and Implementation
• Work with the Marketing Manager to implement the marketing strategic plan.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing communications for company messages
• Support the department to carryout market research and cascades findings for effective resource utilization and implementation
• Implement product implementation plans that meets corporate standards
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop customer care tools that minimize customer complaints
• Support the development of marketing budget
• Coordination
• Support the coordination of all the various marketing activities within BPIL to maximize synergies
• Support to obtain customer care feedback and analysis with the aim of minimizing customer put offs

Supplier – Client Chain
• Ensure good networking relationship and communication with key clients

Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Professional qualification in marketing
• 4-5 years working experience in a similar role in a busy, commercial environment.
• Ability to support the marketing Strategy
