Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Reporting to: Country Director
Area of Placement: Nurture Africa Head Office
Responsible for: M&E Team

Position Summary
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager has the overall responsibility for coordination of all planning, monitoring and evaluation activities at Nurture Africa.

Job Description
• Overseeing the monitoring and evaluation department and staff ensuring compliance according to agreed policies and procedures
• Donor reporting and compliance
• Reviewing M&E findings and best practices and disseminating information to stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based planning, learning and informed decision-making
• Compiling, and analyzing data from reports & preparing consolidated progress reports.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, with a post graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation. A Master’s degree in any related field is an added advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience managing an M&E department
• Demonstrated experience in the use of statistical packages and/or data analysis software
