Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above preferably in statistics / Development Studies / Economics / Public Health / Any other relevant social science discipline. Possession of a Post graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation would highly be recommended.
• Minimum of 3 (three) years demonstrated experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation with reputed organizations, preferably with INGOS, donor agencies or international Organizations, is required.
Knowledge on both qualitative and quantitative research methods; study methodology, Tools for capturing knowledge and learnings, MEL tols and techniques, and application of computer software (MS Excel, SPSS, GIS, data visualization software) and monitoring devices is essential.
• Excellent analysis and writing analytical quality report skill is crucial; knowledge and use of Mobile data collection and visualization tools especially, ODK, Kobo, Survey CTO and Power Bi is required.
• Good communication skills and experience to work with partners and donors; pro-activeness, positive attitude and professional integrity is required as well.
