Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree in Non-Destruction Measurement, Petroleum/Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical equipment and machinery, Metal NDT engineering.
2. At least 10 years’ experience in Petroleum/Chemical process plant construction site
3. Experience in Petroleum.
4. Must be good at dealing with NDT/Welding quality control management in Petroleum/ Chemical Project.
5. Must be familiar with construction of Petroleum/Chemical Project, Proficient in NDT/ Welding, NDT/Welding technical and quality management of Petroleum/Chemical projects in many overseas countries, have the corresponding qualification certificate is responsible for the review of the welding process, and organizes the review and application for inspection of welding process evaluation.
6. Must establish welding traceability procedure and is responsible for organizing and holding welding quality analysis meetings and formulating corresponding preventive measures for weld defects.
7. Must organize the collection and filing of the welding process quality records
8. Is responsible for the approval of the third-party NDT results to ensure the reliability of the test results.
9. Must supervise the Sub-contractor to implement NDT/Welding according to standards, codes, and COMPANY’s technical specifications.
10. Is responsible for supervising and inspecting quality of Sub-contractor’s NDT/Welding Must investigate, handle, and report NDT/Welding quality accidents, formulate relevant corrective and preventive measures
