Reports to: Care and Treatment Specialist
Job Summary: The position holder will coordinate and strengthen Referrals and Linkages of identified MARPS within the assigned Region as well as offer technical support to health facilities and health cadres (nurse counsellors, lay counsellors/expert clients, VHTs,) to increase access to comprehensive HIV and other prevention, care and treatment services for Most At Risk Populations (MARPS).

Job Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing

· Valid practicing licence

· certificate in counselling

Job related experience and knowledge:

· 3 years’ work experience in clinical counselling

· Knowledge in HIV/AIDS care and management

· Knowledge of Ministry of health and local government systems

· Knowledge of MARPS strategies, GBV issues, OVC CPAs

· Knowledgeable and fluent in local language area of operation
