Duties and responsibilities
M&E Officer will lead the design, implementation, and operation of M&E systems from project initiation to closeout. She/he will oversee the monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and reporting of performance and results, providing regular project reports

Qualifications /Training and Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
o 7+ yrs Experience in the design and implementation of M&E in development projects

o Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices
o Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
