Main Responsibilities
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
1. To coordinate operation planning with Managers
2. To compile and report objectives progress for production, execution, warehouse, and quality department
3. CAPEX projects planning follows up with Managers
4. Fuel planning for Drying process
5. To coordinate SOP’s adherence on place with Managers, filing evidence
6. Food safety system progress reporting
7. To compile and report KPI’s for Uganda operations
8. Industry costing analysis participation
9. Processing out-turns reports presentation
10. Safety, Health, Environmental initiatives
11. Sustainability projects involvement
12. Industry controls planning and reporting
13. Packaging supply planning
