Job Summary: Position holder will plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students on Public Health programme to fully develop skills and fulfil their academic potential. The job holder will work as part of the team to ensure that the curriculum, as set by the Ministry of Education and Sports, is delivered at the set standards and that assessment is conducted in line with the Uganda National Council for Higher Education or Allied Health Professionals Examinations body guidelines and procedures. The expected result is well nurtured students that demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and academic excellence.

Job Requirements: A Masters degree in Public Health from a recognised institution. Training in Palliative Care will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years teaching experience and ability to mentor and supervise students on both cognitive and practical skills.. S/he must have experience working in institutions of higher learning as well as demonstrable Knowledge of current WHO and MOH guidelines and standards on emerging global and local Public health issues.
