Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience of IT in a reputable hotel or a related field
2. University degree in Computer Science or a related field
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service
