Academic requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or IT

Job requirements:
1. Ensuring data collected from the field meets the POD project objectives and standards
2. Responsible for coordinating databases, analyzing, organizing, securing, and organizing farmer data sent into the system for the POD project
3. Critical thinking, good communication and ethical writing skills with ability to multi-task
4. Microsoft office knowledge; interaction with Excel is a must
5. Ability to analyze data and ensure ethical and frequent communication on the overall project
6. Ability to manage big data and generate timely reports for stakeholders in the project
7. Organizing and coordinating filming and interviewing of selected POD farmers
8. Updating POD farmer list as required
9. Ability to speak French and willingness to travel to Madagascar when required
10. Managing communication and marketing program including organizing weekly meeting
